The Cut trees in Pokemon are weird. They don’t even look like trees, and I don’t see how a single tree is going to block your path. And why can’t you cut them with all the other countless moves that by all means should knock down trees like dominoes? It’s one of those Pokemon mysteries that will probably never have an answer despite their odd implications.
