The easiest jokes to write are the ones where a seemingly mundane activity turns out to be very odd or extraordinary from the audience’s perspective. Of course I don’t have to tell you guys that. Mundane utility comedy has been around since the first platypus apocalypse, and we all know how that turned out for comedians everywhere.
