These characters are going through some tough times, and it’s hard to tell what’s in store for them, so a little unease is expected. Thankfully the Elf Council is full of members who have nothing but their best interests in mind.
On an unrelated subject, this page is one of the rare pages where I feel it would’ve flowed better if I hadn’t cemented myself into the 9 panel box format. Sometimes it’s cumbersome drawing the same character in the same pose and spot multiple times to give out several lines that could’ve fit into one larger panel, but this is how Fruit Incest must be. I picked these rules to avoid learning how to use software for actual panel layouts and I’m sticking to them dagnabbit.

I thought it flowed very well, personally. There’s a certain cadence to the piece which feels fantastic.
