I was expecting this comic to come out more like my previous attempts at one of these large wordplay and panel experiments. That is to say, disappointing, cramped, and not as expansive as I wished it were. But this one came out much better than I expected. It makes for a fitting end to my big secret Ice Cream Week bonanza I’ve been having (and I even ate some ice cream today!)
That said, this ended up being finished much later than it should have been. I don’t remember ever staying up till 2 AM to finish a comic, but I guess I’m just slipping behind on my schedules. Lesson learned, hopefully.
