This is an actual quote I saw on some sort of bus sign about some hospital, and I for one cannot think of any context where a doctor would say “Of course I know what I’m doing” that doesn’t involve said doctor being asked “Doctor, are you sure you know what you’re doing?” I also cannot think of any context where said question would be one you want to bring attention to in your hospital.
